I got to take spring pics of a friends daughter yesterday, she had no interest in having her picture taken, but she had alot of fun playing with my granddaughter.

Spring in Bloom

Super nice here today and even nicer of the crocus to bloom for me to get some shots.

I love florals in B&W, especially with texture added to them. The textures I used here are free and came from Joel Olives, just click on the freebies. He has a great new set you can buy as well, please check them out while you're there.

Week 6 of the 52 week challenge from Evoking You is A New Perspective, this has been the most challenging one for me and it's taken me all week to come up with something, not sure I'm happy with it but it certainly is a new perspective...for me at least.

I wanted to use a new picture each week for this and I tried several times but I wasn't happy with any of the photos I took for this weeks theme "Belly Laughs" since the end of the week was getting close I decided to use an older photo and I soon as I decided to do that this picture popped into my mind. It's from Miss M's birthday party and well as you can see she had a good time, we all still get a huge laugh over this photo.

I always use my grand-daughter for these and felt I needed to throw some love grandson #1's way. I adore this picture of him which is why I'm using it for I Heart Faces first challenge of the new year.

Stir Crazy

I always get a little stir crazy after the holidays and just want to get out of the house, my hubby was stir crazy as well so we took a trip to Marblehead yesterday.
